IAEE Teams Up with EIAP to Support Exhibitions and Events in Poland
Mar 17, 2019
The International Association of Exhibitions and Events® (IAEE) and the Events Industry Association in Poland (EIAP) have entered into an agreement to extend their offerings to members of both organizations in the interest of advancing the exhibitions and events industry in their respective regions.
“IAEE is pleased to partner with EIAP in its ongoing efforts to develop the global impact of the exhibitions and events industry,” said IAEE President and CEO David DuBois, CMP, CAE, FASAE, CTA. “The sharing of information and resources from both organizations will allow us to create the most relevant platforms and useful benefits to our members.”
EIAP has been operating since 2009 and connects all entrepreneurs involved in the event business: locations, organizers and service providers. The members of EIAP include exhibitions and events organizers; operators of exhibitions, event and conference venues in Poland; providers of design services, construction services and furnishing of exhibition stands; AV providers; and companies dealing with advertising, marketing, IT services, media relations, catering and accommodations for exhibitions and events.
“I am proud to add such a prestigious partner to our list of foreign partners with whom we can create better, more professional events and exhibitions and better serve our industry,” said Żaneta Berus, EIAP’s Board Member for International Relations.
The agreement between IAEE and EIAP will extend reciprocal membership benefits to the respective members of both organizations, including:
- The extension of member pricing for all products, services, meetings and events that are offered by EIAP and IAEE;
- Recognition of the respective professional designations that may be offered by the organizations, wherever possible and practical, to applicants for the purpose of recertification;
- The sharing of research data and information that is relevant and not proprietary;
- The creation of jointly sponsored activities and events that will encourage interaction between the members of each organization; and
- The participation of the leaders of the associations in the major events of each organization.
